I established Therapeutically Connected Wellness to help place an emphasis on being proactive about incorporating self-care practices in your life. Hopefully, you’ll find something meaningful on the site.

This is where you have the space to put more thought into your mental health needs and wants. You are encouraged to rethink how you approach and look at your self-care and wellness. You can start by considering how you are showing up for yourself. My hope is that you include self-care on a regular basis by finding a place for it in your life.
