 Therapeutically Connected Wellness was created to empower individuals to shine light on the importance of their mental health. This means identifying your mental health needs and taking a proactive approach to addressing them before things get too difficult to manage. This means implementing self care & positive coping skills regularly-by finding a place for them in your life.
We focus on the following four areas to help strengthen mental wellness: physical, spiritual, social-emotional and cognitive. Make the decision to start developing a new kind of lifestyle around your mental wellness!
